Where and when we sail
The Torbay Model Yacht club is fortunate to have access to two sailing venues. The choice of venue is dependent on the time of year.
Young’s Park, Paignton
September – March
The Torbay Model Yacht club has use of the boating lake at Young’s Park on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Times of sailing will be in the sailing calendar
Galmpton Creek, Brixham
April – September
The Torbay Model Yacht club has use of Galmpton Creek throughout the year, but is is mainly used as a summer location. The Creek is tidal and this will impact of the sailing times. Times of sailing will be in the sailing calendar.
