Who we are
TMYC is the newest model yacht racing club in the South West of the UK. Starting in November 2023 we now have 35 active sailing members and welcome new members.
Where we sail
The Torbay Model Yacht Club is fortunate to have access to two sailing venues., young’s Park in Paignton and Galmpton Creek near Brixham The choice of venue is dependent on the time of year.. See our locations.
What we sail
The largest fleet we have is of the Dragon Flite 95. Other boats sailed by members include Footies, Dragon Force 65s and Marbleheads. We have a number of members with Classic/Vintage yachts. See the types of boats we sail.
